How To Make Crack Chicken
Ingredients :
- chicken breasts
- cream cheese
- ranch seasoning
- cheddar cheese
- bacon
Instructions : 1. Trim any excess fat from chicken breasts and place in the bottom of your slow cooker in a single layer.2. Cut 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese into cubes and place on top of chicken evenly.3. Sprinkle one full packet of Ranch seasoning mix evenly over the cream cheese and chicken.4. Do NOT add any liquid — the chicken will release enough moisture on its own.5. Place lid on slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.6. The chicken is done when it shreds easily with two forks.7. Use two forks to shred all the chicken directly in the slow cooker.8. Add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and stir into the chicken mixture.9. Crumble 6 strips of cooked crispy bacon over the top.10. Stir everything together until creamy and combined.11. Taste and add salt, pepper, or extra ranch if desired.12. Serve on buns as sandwiches, over rice, stuffed in baked potatoes, on top of salad, or with crackers.13. Garnish with sliced green onions and a drizzle of extra ranch.14. Leftovers keep in the fridge for up to 5 days and freeze well for 3 months.
